Abstract:
Accuracy & precision plays a major role in the growth of industries. After the products are completed the dimensions are to be checked individually. It is difficult to check every individual
product manually in a continuous process.
Hence we made an attempt to study experimentally the effect of our project on every individual product to check the dimensions. The acceptations and rejections are depended on the correct size of the product. If the size of the product is under size (or) over size then the individual will be rejected and the acceptance depends only on the correct size of the product. By rejecting the under size and over size product the quality is maintained. Depending on the quality and development of the industry succeeds; experiments are carried under Identical
Conditions.
